Servo Stabilizers work on servo-mechanism or negative feedback mechanism, and as the name implies, it uses one or three servo motors (depending upon the number of phases) to achieve the voltage correction. These are mainly used to provide regulated output with optimum voltage accuracy of ±1%. A servo Stabilizers incorporates servo motor, auto Transformers, buck boost Transformers, motor driver and control circuitry as essential components.
In case of a three-phase balanced type, one servo motor is coupled with three auto Transformers such that stabilized output is provided during fluctuations by adjusting the output of the Transformers. In an unbalanced type of servo Stabilizers, three independent servo motors are coupled with three auto Transformers and they have three separate control circuits.
Only indigenously manufactured premium grade Servo Kit is used in our servo voltage Stabilizers.
